Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last two years of her career as a prosecutor. Erin joined her husband and father-in-law in practice in 2018. Erin also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from the University of Southern Indiana.
